1. All sessions must be pre-booked on skiptondogfield.co.uk before using the field.

2. All dog waste must be picked up and put in the bin.

​

3. The field must be locked up after your session has finished.

​

4. Please vacate the field a couple of minutes before the end of your session to avoid contact with the next customer and any nervous/reactive dogs.

5. The premises are protected by CCTV.

​

6. Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes before your session is due to start to avoid contact with nervous/reactive dogs who may be using the field.

​

7. The use of the field is at the users own risk. Skipton Dog Field are not responsible for any harm caused to you or your dog(s) whilst using the field.

​

8. All cars parked in the car park are parked at their own risk.

​

9. The car park has space for 2 cars. Please park responsibly so that there is always enough room for 2 cars in the car park.

​

10. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time and there must always be a responsible adult (18+) in attendance at all times.

​

11. Entry to the dog field is not permitted until the previous session has ended and the user has vacated the field.

​

12. All dogs must be kept securely on their leads until they have entered the dog field and you have confirmed the gates have been securely closed behind you.

​

13. For the safety of everyone's dogs we ask that all dogs are up to date with all their vaccines before booking the dog field.

​

14. We are unable to offer refunds for bookings, please ensure you are able to attend your session prior to booking.

​

15. Children are more than welcome in the dog field but must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. Please ensure they don't play on the dog exercise equipment.

​

16. Your booking data is stored so that we can contact you regarding your booking(s). It isn't shared with any third parties.

​

17. We have specific rules for dogs classed as dangerous under the dangerous dogs act. These must be adhered to at all times:

​

- The dog must be registered with the Index of Exempted Dogs and have a Certificate of Exemption
 

- A 1:1 dog handler ratio must be maintained at all times
 

- The dog must be always muzzled with the exception of: if the X-L Bully/Exempted Dog is the only sole dog in the dog field and it only has its owner with it then the dog is not required to be muzzled whilst the dog is secure in the dog field. Please note that the dog must be muzzled whilst in the car park and the walk to the field. It must be secure in the field and the gate must be securely locked before the muzzle may be removed. The muzzle must be refitted before leaving the field through the gate

- The dog must be kept on a lead when entering and leaving the dog park until safely in the field and safely back in the car

​

- The dog must be microchipped

​

- The dog must be neutered

​

- The dog must have public liability insurance and the policy must be provided to us on request at any time

​
